What is DentalKloud?
DentalKloud is the practice management software our practice uses to run day-to-day care — scheduling, charting, insurance and claims, billing, imaging, and secure patient features like consent forms — all in one connected system, across every location we operate.
How does insurance and billing work?
We verify eligibility and benefits before treatment, so estimates reflect what the patient is likely to owe. Claims are submitted and reconciled electronically, and insurance payments post back to the invoice automatically — which means fewer surprises and clearer statements.
How do consent forms and treatment plans work?
When needed, the practice sends a secure, personal link to review a treatment plan or sign a consent form. The link is PIN-verified and intended only for that patient, so it can be completed safely from their own device.
How is information kept secure?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to authorized staff by role and location, and changes to records are captured in an audit trail. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information.
